Fees

SEAC’s advocacy fees are determined by the relationship of family income to the US Poverty threshold as published by the US Census Bureau for the most recent available year. Fees are as follows:

  • Families with household incomes of up to 150% of the poverty threshold: $0
  • Families with household incomes of 151% through 250% of the poverty threshold: $35 per hour
  • Families with household incomes above 250% of the poverty threshold: $70 per hour

*Determination of income for families will follow standardized guidelines. Families will be permitted to use certification for existing subsidized services (WIC, free and reduced school lunch, and SSI) as verification.
